Hi You!

I am Josephine de Groot, and I am here to help you live a happier life with Mindfulness and Yoga. Because I believe that when we slow down, we have more time to appreciate our lives and additionally see more clearly what does not work for us anymore.

We live in a fast paced world today, and I am here to help you slow down, through mindful practises and moving your body. I can teach you how to live your life very consciously, which will make it about ten times more fun :) I can also give you the tools to step out of the stressy lifestyle and start living life on your own terms with Mindfulness. Sounds good, right?


Another way of slowing down and getting in sync with your beautiful body is by practising yoga. When practised in a mindful and loving way, yoga can be so very healing and nurturing for your body and soul! Wanna come practise with me?

I can teach you mindfulness tools to lower your stress levels and mindfulness as a conscious lifestyle to slow your life down. I can help you discover that you are already doing some form of mindfulness right now, even if you are not aware of it yet ;) I can also help you slow down your life and weave mindfulness into every aspect of your life, so you can live a slow and colorful life.

Yoga

Every body is different every day, and therefore everybody needs a different approach every day. That is why I teach in options, so you can tag along with the physical, emotional and mental shape you are in that day. I also feel like there are a lot of stressors in today's life, so I include lots of tools to calm your nervous system down, so you can feel relaxed again. So we work on your nervous system while getting your body moving.
